Due to the digital nature of the products there cannot be any refunds for your order as I cannot remove access to things you have already downloaded.

Exceptions to this is if you book a tarot reading for a question that I cannot legally answer for you, or your booking is delayed longer than the standard time and you are not prepared to wait. In that case, I will refund you and you will not receive any reading.


If you are approved to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it may take several days for this to show up in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days after we have told you that we are willing to refund you, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
